Further information about the upcoming new owner of FitVermogen and end-of-year freeze period
We would like to provide our customers with an update regarding the upcoming change in ownership of FitVermogen. As communicated previously, Velthuyse & Mulder Vermogensbeheer (VMVB) will, subject to closing conditions, become the new owner of FitVermogen, intended to be effective in January 2026.

As the future owner of FitVermogen, VMVB and Doelbeleggen.nl would like to share more information about your client experience following the transition, including the Terms & Conditions from VMVB which will apply upon transfer. Year-End Freeze Period
To facilitate the transfer, it will not be possible to access your FitVermogen account and submit any trading orders between the 23 December 2025 to 6 January 2026, inclusive (the Freeze Period). We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you have a FitVoorLater Fiscal account and would like to make deposits in fiscal year 2025, please submit your order before 13:15 CET on 23 December 2025.
